New Account Registration

Creating a new portal account can be done by clients OR by administrative staff.  If you need to create your own client account follow these steps:

  1. Go to the new account registration page here: https://portal.alphacloud.co/signup/
  2. Fill out the registration form and use an email address from your organization or your personal email address if you are not associated to an organization.
  3. Create a new password and re-enter it
  4. Complete the remainder of the contact information fields
  5. Click submit at the bottom of the page
  6. You may login with your email and password you created.
